Our First Super Bowl Party

I know I haven't written in awhile, but it gets kinda busy. If I am not feeding/changing/rocking/ or trying to at least keep the house decent, then I am probably sleeping. :)

I don't know how I am gonna do this when it is time for me to go back to work. In fact, I go back exactly one month from today. Now that the girls and I have a routine down, it is time to change it. Oh well. We have to pay the bills and I would eventually like to get a bigger house b/c this one is shrinking by the day. :) We'll get there eventually.
Enough about boring stuff, let's talk about the cuties that will be 2 MONTHS OLD on Thursday. OMG!!!
They are eating very well. They will both eat four ounces every 3 hours until about 10:30pm. Then the go to sleep and sleep until 5:00 am. Mylenn is my morning baby. She goes to sleep early and wakes up early. Soryn is my night owl. She wants to sleep in, I know but if one is up, they both get up. I am keeping them on the same schedule.
We measured their lengths on Friday night and Mylenn was about 22 inches and Soryn was closer to 20 inches. But they have fat little faces and bellies. I am not sure what they weigh. But I am guessing close to 8 and 9 pounds. We go back to the doctor next Wednesday and I will let y'all know then. They are suppose to start getting their shots!! Yuck! Yuck!

Yesterday, the girls went to their first Super Bowl Party. Matt and I were the only couple there that had kids. So the girls were the hit of the party. They got passed around. The wives' were handing the girls to their husbands so that they could get a feel of parenthood. Good thing the girls were good the entire night. Everyone kept commenting on how well behaved they were. I said they needed to spend more time than just a few hours. Like clock work we got into the car and they both started screaming. I think that they were just overstimulated. :) But they sure did sleep well last night. Some of the guys were like, "wow, this parenting thing isn't so bad." I told come stay with us for about 24 hours. You can change about 16-24 diapers a day, feed every three hours, change outfits at least 4 times and live on no more than 6 hours of sleep. Good times. But it is all worth it. They are just so cute.
The girls have been shopping alot! Everytime we go to the mall people stare (mainly b/c our double stroller is the size of a SmartCar. LOL!) or ask a million questions. I wasn't expecting all the attention. It is nice but I get a little nervous when children want to touch them. I don't want the girls to get sick. I pray that they won't, but people say it is good for their immune system.
Here are some pictures I took before we went to the party. You can't see their feet, but they are wearing their Vans. They got the biggest compliments on their shoes. Sydney just had to be in the picture. (She is very protective over the girls. It is quite funny.)
