Babies Are Growing Soooooo Fast!!!

Daddy's Girls on Father's Day

Our Moms enjoying feeding the girls.

The girls checking out each other after checking out their 1/2 Bday cake. (Thanks Reina!!)

Grandpa with his grandbabies. Mylenn doesn't like things on Soryn's head.

Again, Mylenn taking off the headband on Soryn's head. She seems to not notice the headband on her head. :)

G-Pa with the girls.

We have introduced real food. Here they are eating peas. Not one of the favs. They really like Rice cereal, bananas, pears, sweet potatoes and avocados.

Mylenn giving us a face of disgust when eating her peas.

We took the girls to my grandparents in Miami, Texas (Near Pampa, Texas) for the Annual Cow Callin' Celebration. This is a pic of Poppie with Soryn and G-Pa with Mylenn.

Here is Nana with Soryn. Soryn and Mylenn just loved the purple flowers. They really wanted to taste them. :)

As the title says the girls have grown so much. I thought I would have been better at putting stuff on the blog during my summer vacation, but I seem to have slacked off this month. I promise to do a better job. ;)
Anyway, the girls have progressed so much. They are sitting up, both have two bottom teeth, eating solids and really starting to "play" together. Mylenn likes to take Soryn's toys and she hates things being on Soryn's head. At church on Sunday, Soryn took Mylenn's headband which of course had a flower attached, pulled the flower off the headband and the headband snapped back at Mylenn's eyes. It was hilarious. (I guess you just had to be there.)
I am really enjoying being home with the girls this summer. We have been to the Fort Worth Zoo twice and Matt took a day off of work and we all went to the Dallas World Aquarium. On a side note, if you have never been the the Dallas World Aquarium, I suggest you go. It is really neat. I will post some pics soon of that trip.
We also had a 1/2 Birthday for the girls because we were just so excited and appreciative of all the love and support we have received from our family and friends these past 6 months. The first couple of months were kinda "hairy" to say the least. We wanted to celebrate the girls and we can't wait to see what the next 6 months has in store for us.
Well, hope all is well and I will try and do a better job of updating the blog.
Hope everyone has a wonderful July 4th!!!
'Til Next Time~
